• Installs using factory mounting holes making installation easy.  Bumper mounts using (6) 1/2" Grade 8 bolts to securely mount the bumper to the frame.

• Deep winch box provides good air flow through the grill reducing the chance for overheating while on the trail.

• Winch box is designed to accept most 9k pound winches.

• Winch box is made from 1/4" plate and is keyed into the inner frame mounts.  This provides for a stronger joint than welds alone.

• Extended wings are made from 3/16" plate and are fully welded and provide protection for the lower portion of the front fenders.

• Recovery points are installed from behind the fairlead plate and are designed to key into the plate.  They are welded from both the inside and outside of the bumper.  This provides the strongest joint possible and reduces the risk of a side pull breaking a weld.

• Disco II Bumper kit includes a washer relocation kit.  The kit includes a new washer bottle, wiring and tubing.  It reuses the factory pumps for the front and rear windshield.  New aftermarket pumps are also available if required.

Rear Bumper

• The bumper is designed to protect the lower portion of the rear quarter panel from damage.  The bumper, similar to rock sliders, allows you to slide the rear of the vehicle over obstacles. 

• The bumper installs using factory holes and can include an optional exhaust cut-out. 

• Braces from the frame to the bumper increase impact strength and a large splash-guard protects the passenger side fuel filler lines and fuel vent lines from damage. 

• The bumper is made from 3/16" plate steel and does require trimming of the rear quarter panel below the trim. 

• All necessary hardware is included.
